Waldo is known for having great pub crawls, festivals, parks and community gatherings throughout the year. The Waldo Fall Festival has been an annual event for over 20 years. This free event is perfect for interacting with neighbors, visiting small businesses, and enjoying the all around family fun. If you prefer a day at the park, be sure to check out the Sunnyside Park. This is a great place to spend the day enjoying the beautiful fountains in Kansas City and exploring some of the history of the Waldo area.
