Jeff is a Partner at Andrew Reise and is based out of Kansas City. His focus is helping companies to define and execute upon corporate strategies and operations. Jeff has more than 17 years of successful experience helping Fortune 500 clients to achieve business goals and financial results. In working with these clients Jeff’s expertise has focused on customer experience, call center operations, customer relationship management (CRM), profitability improvement efforts, and large-scale system implementations.
In 2011, Jeff co-authored a book, The Customer Experience Fiasco, which is a business fable that highlights the challenges of creating and implementing a company wide Customer Experience program. He works extensively with Forrester and Gartner and is frequently cited in their research papers and blogs.
