Dan is the Vice President of Research and Analytics with Andrew Reise Consulting and has over 16 years of consulting experience. His specific expertise includes customer and employee experience strategy, consumer insights research / analytics, Voice of Customer strategy, persona / journey mapping, CX capability analysis, and call center transformation.
Dan has extensive experience leading strategic initiatives from the initial research and strategy, through implementation phases. Dan has led critical projects and programs impacting multiple organizations and client stakeholders, including Customer Care, Sales, IT, Marketing and Human Resources, and is very comfortable interacting with senior level executive management.
