Andy is a Partner at Andrew Reise Consulting and is based out of Kansas City. Over the past 14 years, Andy has worked closely with several Fortune 500 companies to either gain a strategic competitive advantage in the marketplace or significantly reduce operational expenses. Andy has an extensive program and project management background and typically leads efforts that are cross-functional in nature and strategically important to the business.
In addition to leading strategic programs and projects, Andy has focused on helping clients with their Customer Experience. In 2011, Andy co-authored a book,The Customer Experience Fiasco, for executives who are looking to create a Customer Experience Strategy. Andy is viewed as an advisor on this subject and is actively talking with business executives who are looking to improve business performance through their customer experience.
